OPEC quota forces Angola to manage strong growth of oil production Luanda, Angola. 10 Dec – Angola will have to adjust, as of 2008, the strong growth of its oil sector to the production quota attributed by the Organization of Oil Producing Countries (OPEC), which is very similar to current production levels.
