No judgement, no pressure, just having a go and enjoying being active. As part of our This Girl Can-inspired activities, Team Surrey is heading to AirHop Guildford for a fun, inclusive trampoline session designed to help you move, laugh, and feel confident, whether it’s your first time being active in a while or you just fancy trying something new. ✨ While this activity celebrates the This Girl Can ethos of empowering women to be active, everyone is welcome to take part, regardless of gender, experience, or fitness level. Come as you are, bounce how you like, and enjoy the session at your own pace.
