Founded in 1906 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, the Alpine Club of Canada represents the nation’s climbing community.  The Manitoba Section was created in 1907 as a group of volunteers, and to this day, volunteers lead local and alpine activities for Manitobans of all skill levels.
